Partner Terms

These terms apply to the Vendnue partner programme run by Vendnue ("Vendnue", "we", "us"). By joining the programme, you ("partner") agree to them.

1. Joining

To become a partner, contact us through support@vendnue.com. We review every application and may accept or decline it at our discretion. Once you're accepted, you'll get access to your partner dashboard and your own partner code.

2. How partner codes work

• Your partner code gives buyers a discount on the Vendnue Store Licence fee. The current discount is shown in your partner dashboard. It applies to the licence fee only, not to the monthly plan.
• A referral counts when someone buys a Vendnue Store Licence and enters your code at checkout. Only one code can be used per purchase, and the referral goes to the partner whose code was entered.
• We can't add a code after a purchase is complete, so make sure buyers enter it before they pay.
• A referral only qualifies once the licence fee has been paid and isn't refunded.
• Your code only works while your partner account is active. We may change the discount, or switch off a code that's being misused, at any time.

3. Commission

You earn the commission shown in your partner dashboard for each qualifying licence bought with your code. Commission is worked out on the licence fee the buyer actually pays, after the discount. The dashboard shows the current commission, your referrals and your earnings. If we change the commission, the change applies only to referrals made after it takes effect.

4. Payouts

• We pay commission on the schedule and by the payment method shown in your partner dashboard.
• You must give us accurate payout details. We're not responsible for payments delayed or lost because of incorrect details.
• If a referred licence is refunded, or a payment is reversed, we may deduct the commission for it from a future payout.
• You're responsible for any taxes on the commission you earn.

5. No self-referral

You can't earn commission on a licence you buy for yourself, for a business you own or control, or for anyone buying on your behalf. Referrals like these don't qualify, and we may cancel commission paid on them.

6. Fair promotion

When you promote Vendnue, you agree to:

• describe Vendnue accurately and only make claims that match our website, including our prices and what's included;
• make it clear that you're a Vendnue partner and may earn a commission;
• not send spam, or message people who haven't agreed to hear from you;
• not pretend to be Vendnue, or suggest you speak for us;
• not bid on the Vendnue name, or variations of it, in paid search ads;
• not publish your code on coupon or voucher websites;
• not offer cash back, rebates or other incentives beyond your code's discount without our written agreement;
• follow the laws and advertising rules that apply where you promote.

7. Using the Vendnue name

While you're a partner, you may use the Vendnue name to promote Vendnue in line with these terms. You can't register domains, social accounts or business names that include "Vendnue", and you must stop using the name when the agreement ends.

8. Ending the agreement

You can leave the programme at any time by contacting us. We may end your participation at any time with notice. If you break these terms, we may end it straight away and cancel any commission connected to the breach. Commission earned on qualifying referrals before the agreement ends will still be paid, unless it's connected to a breach.

9. Liability

Nothing in these terms limits liability that can't be limited by law. Otherwise, we're not liable for indirect losses, and our total liability to you is limited to the commission owed to you under these terms.

10. Changes to these terms

We may update these terms from time to time. We'll tell you about meaningful changes by email before they take effect. If you continue as a partner after that, the updated terms apply.
