When you buy a licence

• Your details: your name, email address and business details.
• Billing details: your billing address and payment history. Payments are processed by Stripe. We don't see or store your full card number.
• Your brand form: the information you give us to set up your store, such as your brand name, domain, logo, colours and the payment gateways you want to use.
• Support conversations: messages you send us by live chat or email.

How we use your information

• To set up, run and support your store.
• To take payments and send receipts and invoices.
• To send you important emails about your licence, your plan and your store.
• To answer your questions.
• To keep this website and the platform secure and to prevent fraud.
• To meet our legal and tax obligations.

We don't sell your personal information. We only send you marketing emails if you've agreed to receive them, and you can unsubscribe at any time.

Who we share it with

Your store's customers

When you run a store on Vendnue, you're responsible for your own customers' personal information and for your store's own privacy policy. We store and process that information on your behalf, only to run your store.

How long we keep it

• Licence and billing records: for as long as your plan is active, and then for as long as tax and accounting laws require.

When we no longer need information, we delete it or make it anonymous.
