The Store Licence is a one-time $0.50 fee for setting up your store on your own domain, with your brand, payments, emails and tracking connected for you.
Vendnue Complete is the $279/month plan that keeps the store hosted and online: maintenance, security, updates, new features, delivery tracking and support. It's required for continued use of your store, and the first 30 days are free.
Server-side tracking is already part of the platform. Vendnue Complete includes Google Ads, Meta and TikTok purchase reporting, so you don't need a separate tracking-app subscription for those core functions. Ad spend, gateway fees and your domain are paid to those providers.

The $0.50 licence fee is charged at checkout. Your first $279 payment for Vendnue Complete is taken 30 days after that, then monthly.
It's a one-time fee that covers setting up one store on one domain for your own business. You can use the store and its Admin while your Vendnue Complete plan is active.
Vendnue Complete pays for hosting, maintenance, security, updates, new features, delivery tracking and support. Your store needs an active plan to stay online.
Vendnue Complete continues at $279/month on the payment method used at checkout, and your store keeps running with updates and support.
Cancel any time from the billing portal. Your plan runs to the end of the current period, then your store goes offline. Before that, you can ask us for an export of your store content and customer data. Cancel within your first 30 days and you won't pay the monthly fee.
Not for the core purchase reporting to Google Ads, Meta and TikTok: it's included in Vendnue Complete. Your ad spend is paid to the ad platforms.
The licence fee covers building your store, so it isn't refundable once setup has begun. If setup hasn't started, contact support@vendnue.com and we'll review your request.
One licence covers one store on one domain. To move to a different domain, contact support@vendnue.com and we'll handle the migration.
No. Each brand needs its own licence, as one licence covers one store on one domain.
No. Vendnue takes no percentage of your sales. Your payment gateway charges its own fees.
A receipt is emailed after every payment, and all invoices are available to download in the billing portal.
Yes. Partners share a code that takes $0.25 off the Store Licence and earn a commission on each licence bought with it. Apply on the partner program page.
